Part Quality
Used parts: Ginial Collectibles will do its best to sell only high quality used parts. Please keep in consideration that we handle thousands of used LEGO parts however there may be an occasion where a bad or damage part(s) may not be identified. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our parts just let us know and we will gladly work the best possible arrangement.
Used parts may show scratches and/or discoloration from being played specially on the darker pieces, because everyone may have a different perception of what is used, played or like new, we price our used parts as played with to avoid any misunderstanding. We wash and sanitize all Used Parts
New Parts: All new parts come directly from sealed sets. Since sets come with various pieces bagged together and the bags are loose in the box, there may be minor scratches/scuffing from pieces rubbing together. Instruction booklets may have bends or folds as they are also loose in the package when we get them.
Instructions: All instruction booklets are out of the box when parting out and never used. Because the are loose on the box some may have bent pages or minimal wear. I usually carry multiples, so be assured we will send you the best quality available.
Payment must be received between 3 days of invoice being submitted. If payment is not received and we haven't heard from you we will report as an incomplete transaction.
